The ORNADA ski film is the collection of Armada’s contribution to freeskiing and the culture that surrounds it. It’s a celebration of the marriage between skiing and art. It’s a tribute to the past, everything Armada has done through generations of skiers, and a preview of the future of what skiing will become.
Vancouver’s ORNADA film premier is a display of just how far the creative boundaries can be pushed, a fusion of mind-bending skiing, interactive art installations and live-scored music serving as the soundtrack to the action on screen. It’s an exploration of a dreamlike outpost of reality masquerading as a ski film.
Armada’s multi-disciplinary ski team will showcase their unparalleled talents from the big mountains of Alaska and BC to urban streets and resort parks around the world, bringing the audience along on a surreal, immersive journey.
