We are super excited to present two of our favourite action adventure comedies of late – KUNG FURY and MANBORG – together as a Friday Late Night Movie event on July 24. Both of these totally indie short films have won legions of fans (and racked up crazy viral love!) for their imagination and ingenuity, so we thought it was a good idea to pair them together and give them some big screen time. This will be a seriously fun Friday Late Night you do not want to miss!

KUNG FURY (David Sandberg, 2015 / 31 mins) | In 1985, Kung Fury, the toughest martial artist cop in Miami, goes back in time to kill the worst criminal of all time – kung fuhrer Hitler. Starring David Sandberg, Jorma Taccone, and… David Hasselhoff (as Hoff 9000).

MANBORG (Steven Kostanski, 2011 / 60 mins) The film is about a soldier who gets killed fighting in a war against hell only to come back as a cyborg in the future. He then teams up with a crew of colorful characters to fight Dracula. There’s going to be stop-motion monsters, arena battles and hoverbikes! And kung-fu and demon-nazi-vampires.
