On Monday, October 17, join us at the Rio Theatre for the premiere screening of A New Economy – a film that explores what would happen if working together for the good of all was the most common business model? Watch, as several organizations strive towards building a more cooperative future. By putting humanity before the bottom line, they are finding their place in an economy previously dominated by profits and big business.

We’ll be joined by the Borealis String Quartet (featured in the film) and they’ll be playing in the theatre if you want to pop in earlier than 7:00 pm to hear them play!
The screening will be followed by a discussion with the filmmaker and special guests about the film, the new economy movement and how we might look at doing things differently.
