Shirley Gnome: Album Release Party

Join East Vancouver’s queen comedy chanteuse Shirley Gnome as she celebrates her sixth full length album Live, Bare and Natural, courtesy of Comedy Here Often? Records. Known for her unique blend of country, rock, pop and folk with witty, subversive lyrics, her comedy songwriting prowess has had audiences in stitches since 2009. She shamelessly lays the truth bare with her disarmingly gorgeous vocal stylings. Sexuality, religion, rage and the human body – just a few topics she’ll tackle this time around in her playful and biting style.

With special guest bands Parlour Panther and Kitty & The Rooster backing her up, it will be a night of exquisite musicality mixed with irreverent comedy from her latest release. Ms. Gnome will also circle back to some of her classic cult hits, perfect for die hard fans and new Gnomies alike. Say you were there – and regret nothing.
