A Blue Shangri-La
“A Chinese Alpinist who had stopped climbing for 10 years,
An Alaskan Glaciologist with Tobagonian roots,
And an Estonian climber, soon-to-be father;
These 3 friends teamed up to embark on a climbing expedition in
an isolated canyon called Icefall Brook in Canada,
With a vision of finding a serene blue Shangri-la in their hearts. Their plan includes ascending a couple of frozen falls before taking on the mighty 600-meter Cerberus Fall and skiing above it.”
Reverie of Yukon
In the far north, the mighty Yukon river flows through Eric Nicolier’s life. Mushing, rafting, carpentering, and playing music is Eric’s way to composing his life of reverie.
Crossing Ghost
Two local Mid-age climbers from Canada Rockies, Wanna bike through the Ghost Area, do some remote ice climbs and ride out across frozen lake. Doing it in good company with old bikes, limited time and dubious weather, then back to their reality life.
