Studio Ghibli Night: MY NEIGHBOUR TOTORO

Join us at the Rio Theatre for an evening celebrating two classic animated films from Japan’s Studio Ghibli, including Hayao Miyazaki’s beloved MY NEIGHBOUR TOTORO (1988) and Isao Takahata’s hauntingly beautiful GRAVE OF THE FIREFLIES (1988). We will be screening both films in Japanese with subtitles.

GRAVE OF THE FIREFLIES (Isao Takahata, 1988 / DCP / Subtitled / 89 minutes) | A tragic film covering a young boy and his little sister’s struggle to survive in Japan during World War II.
