The Gentlemen Hecklers Present: Die Hard 2 (Die Harder)

Die Harder

“They say lightning never strikes twice… They were wrong.”

On Tuesday, December 18 The Gentlemen Hecklers return to the Rio Theatre with director Renny Harlin‘s seasonally appropriate action thriller DIE HARD 2: DIE HARDER. Bruce Willis stars in the sequel to DIE HARD as street smart cop John McClane, blessed with the worst Holiday luck ever when he finds himself having to face-off against some serious bad guys (again! what’re the odds?) instead of Santa. Instead of the Nakatomi Plaza in L.A., the battleground is Dulles International Airport in Washington, DC. Also: Snow. Lots of snow. Way more snow! (And shoes. That’s a plus.)

John McClane is an off-duty cop gripped with a feeling of déjà vu when on a snowy Christmas Eve in the nation’s capital, terrorists seize a major international airport, holding thousands of holiday travelers hostage. Renegade military commandos led by a murderous rogue officer plot to rescue a drug lord from justice and are prepared for every contingency except one: McClane’s smart-mouthed heroics.

Let The Gentlemen Hecklers provide you with their unique brand of live, hilarious commentary – for the best cheesy movies! Eric Fell, Patrick Maliha and special guest star KC Novak are Vancouver’s masters of movie riffing, making so-bad-they’re-good movies even better by talking you through them.
