Wayne’s World
“We’re not worthy!”
The Rio Theatre‘s Friday Late Night Movie series continues on August 30 with the final title of the summer – and we’re toasting our favourite cable access duo with WAYNE’S WORLD! Mike Myers and Dana Carvey star as Aurora, Illinois’ own Wayne Campbell and Garth Algar in Penelope Spheeris‘ comedy classic, based one of the most loved (it’s the choice of a new generation) sketches to ever come out of ‘Saturday Night Live.’ Also starring Tia Carrere, Rob Lowe, Ed O’Neill, Lara Flynn Boyle, Alice Cooper, Chris Farley, and Meat Loaf.
Make some plans to join us and “live in the now,” while singing along to Bohemian Rhapsody in your favourite ripped jeans and flannels (90s chic!), OK?
*Also: Stairway will not be denied. It will be mine. Oh yes. It will be mine.
