The Rio Theatre has the cure for what ails you on Saturday, January 1. We are kicking off a fresh and shiny, brand-spankin’ new 2022 with our annual Holiday Hangover Marathon Movie Day, a tradition that (this year) will feature MONTY PYTHON AND THE HOLY GRAIL, WALK HARD: THE DEWEY COX STORY, THE BIG LEBOWSKI (every year, dude!), and PULP FICTION.
You can see one, or roll with us all darn day for one sweeeet price. (Yes, you read that right, Ringo.)
Following a childhood tragedy, Dewey Cox (John C. Reilly, in a Golden Globe-nominated performance) finds himself on an epic, long and winding road to music stardom. Dewey perseveres through changing musical styles, an addiction to nearly every drug known and bouts of uncontrollable rage, until finally, he wins the heart, but not necessarily the body, of his loyal backup singer, Darlene (Jenna Fischer). With Kristen Wiig, Tim Meadows, Paul Rudd, David Krumholtz.
