ME AND FELIX (“Rock, Paper, Grenade”) is a story about relationships between children and adults broken by shaky 1990s in Ukraine. The boy Tymophii befriends a weird man named Felix. He’s the veteran of Afghan war, he has PTSD and he loves music.

The director of the movie, Iryna Tsilyk, is a laureate of the Shevchenko National Prize and the Sundance Festival for Best Directing.

The film is an adaptation of the bestselling novel “Who Are You?” by Artem Chekh. The leading role was performed by Yuriy Izdryk, a well-known poet and writer, for whom this became a debut in cinema.

Синопсис: Історія про відносини між дітьми та дорослими, які розірвані тривожними 1990-ми в Україні. Хлопчик Тимофій знайомиться з дивним чоловіком на ім’я Фелікс. Він — ветеран війни в Афганістані, у нього ПТСР, і він любить музику.

Режисерка фільму – Ірина Цілик – лауреатка Шевченківської премії та фестивалю Санденс на найкращу режисерську роботу.

Фільм став екранізацією романа-бестселера «Хто ти такий?» Артема Чеха.
