Mile End Kicks
I LIKE MOVIES director Chandler Levack’s latest feature MILE END KICKS is a bright, romantic comedy starring Barbie Ferreira (HBO’s ‘Euphoria’) as Grace, a young music critic who moves to Montreal to figure out life and love. With Devon Bostick, Jay Baruchel, and Isaiah Lehtinen.
“Not everyone will relate to being a critic navigating the mess of their early 20s, nor does the film compromise to win them over, but for this one, it cements [Chandler] Levack as an astute filmmaker worth following to whatever she puts her pen and camera to next.” (TheWrap)
“Set in the early 2010s, it is also, for anyone that grew up in that era and took themselves a tad too seriously as a “creative”, incredibly biting and impossible to not laugh at… A nostalgic ride thorugh Montreal’s indie scene.” (The Georgia Straight)
