The Vancouver International Mountain Film Festival (VIMFF) returns to the Rio Theatre from February 23 – March 4 with their Winter Series of 2025. We’re going to be screening nine shows as part of The Vancouver International Mountain Film Festival, including a lineup of adventure-inspiring, thought-provoking films. Watch stories of identities being carved out on the slopes, breathtaking mountain-sport achievements, and learn more about the wild spaces we’re so lucky to live and work within.

Rock Climbing Show, featuring a presentation from legendary Yosemite climber, John Long, is set to inspire.

Watch a mother balancing climbing and ambition, a doctor finding a much-needed escape through climbing, a pioneering alpinist’s journey of self-discovery, and two retired comp climbers attempting Yosemite’s Nose.
