The International Fly Fishing Film Festival

The International Fly Fishing Film Festival (IF4) returns with a curated collection of world-class films spanning conservation, family, adventure and culture, including a standout short featuring prominent American chef and cultural storyteller David Chang chasing permit in Mexico.

Among the films featured are:

Against the Current — Fred Campbell brings his mother to a remote northern salmon river for one final journey, reflecting on resilience, aging and the enduring migration of Atlantic salmon

Dhala What You Must — Simon Kay journeys into Tanzania’s remote wilds in pursuit of Africa’s most coveted freshwater predator, the tigerfish

Full Circle — Jako Lucas travels with his father to Gabon’s untouched coastlines, exploring family bonds through shared waters and the pursuit of tarpon and African species

Generations — Captain Ben Whalley confronts the uncertain future of striped bass through the eyes of his daughter, weaving conservation, family and livelihood into a call for action

He Bought a Fishing Lodge — Jacob Oake leaves comfort behind to buy a remote Labrador fishing lodge in search of purpose and legendary brook trout

Let’s Make a Fishing Movie — prominent American chef and cultural storyteller David Chang steps onto the flats to chase permit with fly-fishing personality Mike Dawes
