Paul Anthony’s Talent Time: Bingo Night!

Paul Anthony’s TALENT TIME is the Critically-Acclaimed Comedy / Variety / Talk Show that Mathew Hays from the Globe & Mail called, “the most innovative…and inspired show” he has seen in years.

This episode… It’s Bingo Night! The audience is invited to become more invested in the experiment by purchasing bingo cards. But instead of the boring squares like, “Under the B, 3” the squares are common occurrences on the show, like “Paul pronounces someone’s name wrong” or, “Ryan swears in front of a kid.” If someone gets 5 across, they the great prize pack!

Featuring an East Van Square Dance demonstration in co-operation with the Pacific Bluegrass and Old-Time Music Society.  Another 5 acts to be announced soon!  You can expect all kinds of comedy, novelty entertainment, kids acting precocious, etc. Paul’s currently in talks with a tuba choir… They aren’t confirmed yet, but if you are unfamiliar with the show, that’s the level of unique entertainment we are dealing with. There is nothing in town like it. Grab those tickets now!

In co-operation with the Pacific Bluegrass and Old-Time Music Society, they will lead some audience members through some old timey Square Dance. The caller, calls while playing banjo!!
Host and producers of The Hero Show which is regarded as one of the best long-time running comedy shows in the city.
One of the strangests bands I’ve ever seen. With Kazoo, Theremin and drums they will lead you through some classic sing-a-long pop songs where YOU will become lead vocalist.
An on-site unique interactive experience by Robyn Volk. For years she’s been collecting (and cleaning) single gloves she finds on the road and now you reap the rewards!  It’s kinda like a glory hole but for your hand(s). The tiny silk curtain parts as you enter hole where you will receive a human massage with nice moisturizing cream. When you pull your hand out, it will be wearing a specially selected glove chosen specifically for YOU!
“There is no funner night out… you have to experience it.” (The Georgia Straight)
