Radhika Das is a London-based kirtan artist and Bhakti yoga teacher whose devotion and spiritual grounding have made him one of the most sought-after voices in the global conscious music movement.
He has spent almost 20 years immersed in the path of Bhakti Yoga. His work blends tradition with modern sensibility, creating spaces where people from all backgrounds can experience connection, joy and spiritual upliftment. As an artist of “Mantra Roots,” he is committed to expanding the global perception of kirtan as an art form that is both sacred and accessible, especially among mainstream and younger people.
Radhika Das was raised in the UK and was introduced to Bhakti at the Bhaktivedanta Manor, UK. He participated in youth retreats and attended kirtan gatherings, which was the beginning of his journey with kirtan. He believes that Bhakti Yoga is his spiritual home and where he finds his devotion, community and purpose. With an approach that blends both spirituality and accessibility, his aim is to make Yoga of devotion relevant to his audiences globally, transcending traditional boundaries.
His musical influences are grounded in traditional bhakti teachings and further shaped by his mentors like A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada, HH Sacinandana Swami and HH Radhanath Swami. His sound draws from kirtan legends – Krishna Das, Jai Uttal, Jahnavi Harrison, Gaura Vani, Trevor Hall, and contemporary artists – Coldplay and Phil Collins. This blend gives his music a modern yet devotional aura. His inspiration often flows from sacred spaces like Vrindavan, Mayapur and Rishikesh, as well as the collective energy of community chanting.
Over the years, Radhika Das has been known for taking mantra beyond traditional settings and into mainstream spaces. From large venues like Union Chapel and O2 Shepherd’s Bush Empire in the UK, DOME in Mumbai, and Palais Theatre in Melbourne, to intimate yoga studios, Radhika Das’ performances have touched audiences across the UK, Europe, North America, Australia and India.
Radhika Das’ audience spans yoga communities, spiritual seekers and individuals exploring mindfulness or faith through music. He engages them through live events, YouTube, Instagram, his podcast “For Soul’s Sake,” and educational offerings on Bhakti and kirtan. His digital impact has grown exponentially over the years, with a social media reach of 1.5 billion followers, more than 450 million views and 630 million impressions as of July 2025. His creative output extends beyond music, with an internationally published book, “Mantra Meditation: The Life-Changing Secret of Connection, Joy and Calm.”
In June 2025, his Mumbai live concert, Heart Land India, received significant recognition at the WOW Awards, winning Gold for “Concert of the Year Under 10k Attendees” and Bronze for “Entertainment Event of the Year”, affirming his growing impact in both devotional and mainstream cultural spaces.
Today, Radhika Das stands as an authentic, heart-centred voice in devotional music, grounded in tradition yet deeply relevant to contemporary culture. His mission is simple: to help people feel more connected and aligned through the transformative power of sacred sound.
Radhika believes in a community-first approach and is committed to actively being in service to others. He bridges cultural and social divides through Kirtan, sharing its joy and spiritual depth with diverse audiences, from yoga and Bhakti communities to students and corporate groups.
