The Vancouver International Mountain Film Festival (VIMFF) returns to the Rio Theatre in March for a curated selection of must-see adventure films featuring a lineup of adventure-inspiring, thought-provoking films. Watch stories of identities being carved out on the slopes, breathtaking mountain-sport achievements, and learn more about the wild spaces we’re so lucky to live and work within.

Polish mountain stories where ambition meets consequence and legacies are shaped.Presented by the Polish Consulate, this show brings together a live presentation by Peter Chrzanowski—reflecting on a lifetime of risk, creativity, and near-misses—and the feature documentary The Last Expedition, which investigates the life and disappearance of legendary Polish mountaineer Wanda Rutkiewicz.
