The Vancouver International Mountain Film Festival (VIMFF) returns to the Rio Theatre from February 23 – March 4 with their Winter Series of 2025. We’re going to be screening nine shows as part of The Vancouver International Mountain Film Festival, including a lineup of adventure-inspiring, thought-provoking films. Watch stories of identities being carved out on the slopes, breathtaking mountain-sport achievements, and learn more about the wild spaces we’re so lucky to live and work within.
When the full-scale invasion of Ukraine began in February 2022, Dan Fine was one of the first to jump on a train and rush to the aid of the abandoned pet dogs and cats.
At that time, Dan didn’t realize that this first trip would turn into an unprecedented mission to save the lives of people and pets on the European continent from a deadly, hidden enemy; rabies.
Single film screening.
