Star Wars Holiday Special Special Edition Radio Spectacular
On November 17, 1978, a holiday special was aired that would change the world forever.
It would soon become a cult-classic amongst Star Wars enthusiasts everywhere, and for the past 37 years has been only available through torrent sites and the occasional Youtube clip.
THE STAR WARS HOLIDAY SPECIAL lives on in 2015, and for the FIRST TIME EVER this (in)famous script has been translated/parodied into a live radio play – to be heard by Vancouver audiences this holiday season.
Come celebrate the upcoming release of the new chapter in the Star Wars Universe (Episode 7 – arriving in movie theatres on December 17th, 2015) by celebrating what might be the WORST holiday special in the history of television with some of Vancouver funniest people.
