Join OneCity’s 2022 candidates, as well as special guest speakers and performers — internationally renowned author and social justice activist Naomi Klein, Afro-Cuban percussionist Israel “Toto” Berriel, 5-piece femme-powered hip hop group NADUH, comedian Charlie Demers, and hosted by producer and performer Yogi Omar — for an inspirational evening where we celebrate OneCity’s hopeful vision for the future of Vancouver.

Venue Accessibility: The entrance, main floor, lobby and auditorium of the Rio Theatre are all accessible for all types of wheelchairs and scooters. The two main aisles between the main seating area are over 4 ft across. The back left corner and the front row of the theatre have room for wheelchair seating. Scooters are not accessible in either washroom, and there is no elevator to the second floor seating. The event will not have sign language interpretation.
