Mom Com (w. Director and Cast Q&A)
Aubrey Arnason is an award-winning filmmaker of Icelandic heritage whose work has premiered on Lifetime, Amazon, Hulu, and Peacock. She won the Leo Award for Best Direction in a Television Movie for her directorial debut, A Love to Remember, and has received 13 Leo Award nominations throughout her career.
Her short film I Don’t won Best Romance at the Hollywood Best Indie Film Festival and Best Romantic Comedy at Indie Short Fest, while Kindergarten Da Bin Ich Wieder won the Goldie Award for Best Writing, aired on CBC, and screened at festivals across Canada.
Aubrey has directed more than 70 episodes of television, co-created and executive produced two comedy pilots with Rogers, and was recognized by the Bell Media Fellowship and NSI Totally TV. She is also an accomplished actor, television host, and host of the DGC podcast Talking to Actors.
