Star Wars: Episode IV – A New Hope

This May (the) Fourth, join us at the Rio Theatre as we toast the holiest holiday among STAR WARS fans, with a prime time viewing of  George Lucas‘ iconic 1977 film that started it all, A NEW HOPE. Stick around for a double bill, because we will be following it up with a 10h Anniversary Screening of the 2016 standalone “prequel” ROGUE ONE: A STAR WARS STORY.

Luke Skywalker begins a journey that will change the galaxy in Star Wars Episode IV – A New Hope. Nineteen years after the formation of the Empire, Luke is thrust into the struggle of the Rebel Alliance when he meets Obi–Wan Kenobi, who has lived for years in seclusion on the desert planet of Tatooine. Obi–Wan begin Luke’s Jedi training as Luke joins him on a daring mission to rescue the beautiful Rebel leader Princess Leia from the clutches of Darth Vader and the evil Empire.

Starring Mark Hamill, Harrison Ford, Carrie Fisher, Alec Guinness, Yoda, C-3P0, Chewbacca, R2-D2, and Darth Vader.

The event launches him on a daring mission to rescue her from the clutches of Darth Vader and the evil Empire.
