Roll the dice and unleash the excitement!

Roll the dice and unleash the excitement!

The Property Masters Guild presents the 30th Anniversary screening of the original Sony Pictures film, JUMANJI.

Directed by Joe Johnston (HONEY, I SHRUNK THE KIDS and starring Robin Williams, this film was shot in Vancouver. We will have some of the actual props from the film on display and a Q&A with Property Master Dan Sissons after the show so come join us and check out some of our local film industry’s history!

A magical board game unleashes a world of adventure on siblings Peter (Bradley Pierce) and Judy Shepherd (Kirsten Dunst). While exploring an old mansion, the youngsters find a curious, jungle-themed game called Jumanji in the attic. When they start playing, they free Alan Parrish (Robin Williams), who’s been stuck in the game’s inner world for decades. If they win Jumanji, the kids can free Alan for good — but that means braving giant bugs, ill-mannered monkeys and even stampeding rhinos!

“This is an entertainment in the broad Hollywood tradition of Frank Capra and Steven Spielberg, with a boisterous touch of ‘Peter Pan’ in that the stern father figure and the scary villain are both played by the same actor.” (Guardian)

When siblings Judy and Peter discover an enchanted board game that opens the door to a magical world, they unwittingly invite Alan -- an adult who's been trapped inside the game for 26 years -- into their living room. Alan's only hope for freedom is to finish the game, which proves risky as all three find themselves running from giant rhinoceroses, evil monkeys and other terrifying creatures.
