Motion Picture Arts 4th Year Gala

Welcome to the 2019 4th Year Capilano University Motion Picture Arts Program Screening and Gala!

This event will showcase the incredible films made by the MOPA graduating class of 2019. Join us for a fun night of films and revelry in the evening after the commencement ceremony. The films premiering are the culmination of four years of schooling. Over the past four years, each student has learned and perfected their filmmaking techniques. Whether it be directing, producing, cinematography, editing, or production design, each student contributed to these films, and in doing so grown creatively and professionally. Filmmaking is the art of overcoming problems to create cinema.
