HARD TICKET TO HAWAII has earned its rank as one of the prime examples of B-moviedom; it’s chock-full of over-the-top absurdity, violence, high-larious dialogue and one of the greatest collection of Playboy bunnies ever assembled outside of Hugh Heffner’s grotto. After two drug enforcement agents are killed on a private Hawaiian island, and Donna (Dona Speir – Miss March, 1984) and Taryn (Hope Marie Carlton – Miss July, 1985) two operatives for “The Agency” (Molokai Cargo) – accidentally intercept a delivery of diamonds intended for drug lord Seth Romero, who takes exception and tries to get them back. Soon other Agency operatives get involved, and a full-scale fight to the finish ensues, complicated here and there by a contaminated snake made deadly by toxic cancer-infested rats! Also starring Player‘s (“Baby Come Back”) Ron Moss (TV’s “The Bold and the Beautiful“), Cynthia Brimhall (Miss October, 1985), and Patty Duffek (Miss May, 1984).
