The Gentlemen Hecklers Present: Cool as Ice

The Gentlemen Hecklers Present: Cool as Ice

All right STOP, collaborate and LISTEN. The Gentlemen Hecklers are back and presentin’ COOL AS ICE (ice, baybee!) at The Rio Theatre on Wednesday, April 13. To the extreme, the Hecklers are going to rock the mics like vandals while they light up our stage and wax chumps like candles (that’s 90s-speak for… something). With a style like a chemical spill, Vanilla Ice takes on a role previously occupied by Marlon Brando in this “rap-oriented” remake of THE WILD ONE. Word to your mother!

Wednesday, April 13
Doors 8:00 pm | Movie 9:30 pm
Tickets $10 advance / $12 at the door

Advanced tickets available by clicking HERE
*Must be 19+ w/ID for entry and bar service.

The Gentlemen Hecklers provide live, hilarious commentary for the best bad movies! Eric Fell, Patrick Maliha, and Shaun Stewart are Vancouver’s masters of movie riffing, making so-bad-they’re-good movies even better by talking you through them.

COOL AS ICE (David Kellogg, 1991 / 91 mins) | In this 1990s rap-oriented remake of THE WILD ONE, the leader of a motorcycle gang falls in love with a small-town girl and finds out that while her family is involved in the Witness Protection Program, they are being pursued by corrupt cops.
